Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Sales Tax is only charged on products and packages delivered t customers who reside in  the State of Tennessee.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Shipping rates are offered for both UPS and FEDEX. We have 2 established pick-ups or drop-offs daily, one for each of the listed carriers. It is sometimes necessary to substitute one carrier for another in an effort to expedite your order. Purchaser agrees the decision to substitute a carrier is the discretion of Simpson's Hardware. Purchaser agrees to pay ONLY the disclosed shipping rate at the time the order is placed and will NOT be charged additional shipping rates in the event Simpson's Hardware substitutes the carrier.  

These shipping rates do not include Saturday delivery. This option is available for an additional fee. Please contact our office at 901-386-4238 for assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits are processed every 7-10 business days. Credits can take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card statement depending on your billing cycle. 
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
What is your return policy?
  Our #1 Goal is making Homeowners Happy! All products are returnable. We will accept returns and exchanges for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging, the products must contain all manufacturers parts, keys and instruction manuals to receive credit. The product must be returned in resalable condition. The product must not have been installed. All products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless defective, with the exception of Emtek Products. Due to their vast configuration options Emtek Products are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Emtek Products are considered to be "Custom Orders" or "Custom Packaged". Custom Orders are placed periodically throughout the business day. Once Simpson's Hardware has placed your "custom order" with the Manufacturer your order will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee. Refusal of merchandise at time of delivery does not eliminate the cancellation/restocking fee.  We will provide you with an instruction sheet regarding returns on all Emtek Products, not following these instructions may constitute additional restocking fees. In the event you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or Simpson's Hardware ships an incorrect item in error, please notify our office within 3 business days. A call tag or return shipping label will be issued to assist you with the products return. We will reship the corrected item to you at no additional shipping charge.
